Diddy Catches THIRD Rape/Sexual Assault Case – Singer Aaron Hall Also Implicated
To say it’s been a rough week or two for Dean “Diddy” Combs would be an understatement. You already know about him being sued by Cassie for sexual assault and their settlement. Then there was the suit earlier this week by Joi Dickerson-Neal who accused him of rape and filming it. Now he’s been accused and sued for a THIRD time. And again it’s for rape and sexual assault.
Combs is accused of forcing two women to have sex with him “in 1990 or 1991”
However, combs is not alone in this suit. It also alleges that singer Aaron Hall, a member of the R&B/new jack swing group Guy, raped both women on the same night.
The Jane Doe plaintiff in the suit says she and a friend were invited back to Hall’s apartment following a music industry event, according to Rolling Stone.
Combs “coerced” her into sex she claims and that Hall later “barged into the room, pinned her down, and forced [her] to have sex with him.”
In addition to her claimed rape, the unidentified woman says her friend claimed she “had been forced to have sex with Combs and Hall in another room.”
Days later an “irate” Combs showed up at the woman’s residence and became violent. Jane Doe alleges he choked her “to the point that she passed out,” resulting in her having to seek medical treatment.
“He was worried that [Jane Doe’s friend] would tell the girl he was with at the time what he and Hall had done to them,” the complaint says.
In a statement to the media, a spokesperson for Combs denies the allegations in the lawsuit, saying it’s a money grab to take advantage of New York’s Adult Survivors Act which expired Friday at Midnight “These are fabricated claims falsely alleging misconduct from over 30 years ago and filed at the last minute. This is nothing but a money grab. Because of Mr. Combs’ fame and success, he is an easy target for anonymous accusers who lie without conscience or consequence for financial benefit.
“The New York Legislature surely did not intend or expect the Adult Survivors Act to be exploited by scammers. The public should be skeptical and not rush to accept these bogus allegations.”

*To absolutely no one’s surprise, Jamie Foxx is maintaining he never sexually assaulted the model who recently sued him over an incident she claims happened in 2015. Foxx’s spokesperson told TMZ that the incident in question never happened.
In the newest lawsuit, filed in New York, the woman alleges that Foxx groped her without her consent at a swanky NYC rooftop restaurant in August 2015. According to her, she asked Foxx for a photo and he told her, “Wow, you have that supermodel body” and “You smell so good.”

*In regard to the situation between Teyana Taylor and Iman Shumpert, the actress/singer/dancer has let it be known that she has filed for divorce from the ex-NBA baller. The action comes in the wake of her September announcement that they had already been separated.
Her new filing shows she is seeking primary physical custody of their two kids, as well as joint legal custody and child support.
Taylor, 32, is accusing Shumpert, 33, of being jealous about her fame and feeling insecure about being good enough for her. This despite the fact he was earning much more money than her from playing pro basketball.
She also adds that her estranged husband was prone to “treating her cruelly and displaying extreme narcissistic behavior throughout the majority of their marriage.” This reportedly included him “being extremely emotionally and mentally abusive” towards her, exhibiting “cruel treatment and selfishness,” and crashing her Rolls-Royce only to flee the scene, evading a second arrest for DUI.
She wrote:
“To be 1000% clear, ‘infidelity’ ain’t one of the reasons for our departure. We are still the best of friends, great business partners, and are one hell of a team when it comes to co-parenting our 2 beautiful children.”

SUKIHANA ACCUSED OF KEEPING HER DAUGHTER FROM MAN CLAIMING TO BE HER REAL FATHER
Sukihana has long claimed that rapper Kill Bill is the father of all three of her children; but an artist by the name of Gwapstarr has come forward claiming otherwise.
The aspiring rapper sat down with Tasha K on Thursday (November 23), where he alleged that Sukihana has done the most to keep his alleged daughter away from him, going so far as to even remove her from all social media platforms so she has no way of contacting her father. This behavior allegedly began after she regained custody of her children after not having seen them for years, Gwapstarr alleged.
“My baby mama, she abandoned them kids for like three years,” he said. “My kids was living with me and my ex-wife, and four other kids. We took on a responsibility that — my ex-wife had two newborns. Six months. And my son wasn’t too much older than them. They’re about the same age. […] I was cased up. I was tellin’ her, ‘yo, you gotta get the kids. The attack happened Friday at around 12:30pm at the Federal Correctional Institution in Tucson. The AP)’s report says Chauvin’s injury is serious.
The source spoke on the condition of staying unidentified because they were not publicly allowed to share details of the incident. Without naming the inmate, the Bureau of Prisons issued a statement to the AP saying that prison employees responded to an incident, contained the area, and performed “life-saving measures” on the inmate (assumed to be Chauvin), who was then transported to a hospital.
