Jamie Foxx Was Joking About Diddy Being Involved in His Hospitalization

Jamie Foxx was rumored to have spilled the tea about Diddy being behind his hospitalization last year -- but we are told there’s zero truth to those claims.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ that during the taping of his comedy special, "What Had Happened Was," Jamie did name-drop the now-disgraced figure while speaking about his ATL hospital stint -- but they’re telling us it was all in jest.

We’re told Jamie definitely wasn’t being serious, despite some reports claiming he was "exposing" the real story behind his mysterious health scare in April 2023.

Page Six initially reported conflicting accounts from 3 different eyewitnesses who attended the tapings at Atlanta's Alliance Theatre earlier this month. Two people supposedly didn’t take Jamie’s comments about Diddy as a joke ... while a third claimed Foxx actually shut down the rumor, saying, "If [Diddy] was responsible, I’d be dead."

Producer Choke No Joke did an interview earlier this month where he claimed there was a rumor in the industry that Diddy was allegedly behind Foxx's hospitalization. He claims that he attended a few of the tapings for the special, and in it, Jamie said Diddy was responsible for what happened to him ... and he was the one who called the FBI on Diddy.

No one was allowed to film inside the venue, so it’s a bit murky what was really said. We're told it’s still unclear if that joke will even make the cut in the special.

Jamie’s Netflix special doesn't have a release date yet ... but he’s teased he’ll finally spill the full confession about what really went down during his medical emergency.

‘Venom: The Last Dance’ bricks at the box office

The new “Venom” film, the third movie in a trilogy about Eddie Brock (Tom Hardy) and his cheeky alien symbiote darker half, earned $51 million at U.S. box offices after its Friday release, making it the No. 1 earner for its opening weekend but falling short of its predecessors and joining other poor-performing comic book flicks of recent years.

New Diddy Accuser Claims He Was 10 Years Old When He Was Drugged, Raped

One of the most stunning Diddy allegations yet comes from an accuser who claims he was just 10 years old when the Bad Boy mogul forced him to perform a sex act to get his shot at stardom.

The new lawsuit was filed Monday in NY state by a John Doe accuser, and according to the suit, he flew to NYC with his parents in the summer of 2005 for an audition with Diddy. He claims Diddy said he wanted to meet him alone, before meeting his whole family.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, the plaintiff says he met Diddy at a hotel near Madison Square Garden, and he says he rapped several songs, which went well -- Diddy allegedly said he could make the kid a star.

According to the suit, Diddy asked how badly he wanted to be a star, to which he replied, he would "do anything." At that point, he alleges someone from Diddy's team gave him a soda, and after drinking it he started feeling a "little funny." He believes it was laced with GHB or ecstasy.

The alleged victim says Diddy then told him to come closer, and said something to the effect of "You have to do some stuff you don't want to do sometimes." Then Diddy allegedly took out his penis and forced him to perform oral sex -- and, according to the suit filed by attorney Tony Buzbee, the plaintiff then passed out.

When he woke up, he alleges his pants were undone, and he believed he'd been raped.

The plaintiff claims he was lethargic, still feeling the effects of the drugs, and when he cried for his mom and dad -- Diddy alleged threatened to harm the kid's parents if he told them what had happened.

He claims he did tell his parents, anyway, but they were all terrified to report it to police due to the potential consequences.

Since then, the plaintiff claims he's lived with night terrors, and was deprived of having a normal childhood. He's suing Diddy and all of his companies for gender-motivated violence, and he's seeking damages.

Diddy's legal team tells TMZ ... "The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number. As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false."

Naughty By Nature Reunite Onstage After Decade Of Bad Blood

Naughty By Nature's Treach, Vin Rock and DJ Kay Gee haven't been seeing eye to eye for years, but a spark happened in New Jersey last night -- the music turned on and they couldn't help but blaze the microphone!!!

Hip Hop radio vet Miss Jones threw her "Scorpio Soiree" bash last night and her partygoers' jaws dropped when Treach, Vinnie and Kay Gee all hopped on stage together to perform their "Uptown Anthem" ... their classic contribution to Tupac Shakur's iconic film "Juice."

The moment was said to be unplanned ... DJ Bookeem Styles and comedian Mike Shawn understood the severity of the moment, which came as the icing on the cake after NBN's fellow '90s stars Christopher Williams and Monifah hit the stage.

They've been beefin' since the early 2010s and admitted things even came to blows at one point ... but it was nothing but rhythm and flow for Miss Jones

Sandra 'Pepa' Denton, DJ Spinderella Reunite Onstage After Nasty Group Split

Sandra "Pepa" Denton gave her former groupmate DJ Spinderella the shock of a lifetime at her annual Halloween party -- but in a good way!!!

We got the proof ... on Sunday, Pepa crashed Spinderella's annual Halloween Boo Bash and stuck around to perform their classic cuts "Push It," "Shoop" and "Whatta Man"!!!

Pepa played the cowgirl and Spinderella was dressed as the Beetlejuice ghost host with the most when she hopped out the DJ booth to perform her "Whatta Man" verse.

Spin later told the crowd they had been mending fences behind the scenes ... and this mini-reunion was a step toward rebuilding their foundation. DJ Jazzy Jeff was also on hand for the festivities.

It's one of those hip hop maturity stories ... the iconic trio went their separate ways years ago after Spinderella sued the group over a royalties dispute, and she eventually saw herself sliced from the film biopic.
