*All good things come to an end. And DJ Envy’s affair with Erica Mena was no exception. The kicker was … it was a phone call from the Breakfast Club fixture’s wife Gia that marked the end of years of her (Erica) being the apple of Envy’s eye.
Ask Mena if she knew about Envy’s spouse and she stands by her not knowing a connection existed between them. “I knew about the kids, and it was always told to me [that she was] his kid’s mother, never wife. And I didn’t get that realization until I got a phone call from the wife,” Mena added.
Envy’s affair with Mena came years after he and Gia got married in 2001. In a February 2013 episode of The Breakfast Club, the radio personality discussed his time cheating on his wife. Mena was not specifically named as Envy’s mistress but that didn’t prevent the DJ from speaking about her in a less-than-stellar manner. An exact timeline surrounding Mena and Envy is unclear, with various sources stating the former duo were together from 2008 to either 2011 or 2013.

*Queen Latifah has fired off a shady response to DJ Akademiks amid his beef with gay rapper Saucy Santana.
Their feud first started when DJ Akademiks dissed City Girls’ rapper Yung Miami and called her “talentless” and a “one-trick pony.” He also accused her of being homophobic after she called him a gay slur — which he deemed “ironic,” considering bestie Santana is a gay man.
Santana responded in an Instagram Story, Hot New Hip Hop reports. “Me being her best friend, it don’t have nothing to f**king do with me. In the hood, and in a lot of urban cultures, when you see boys that are acting feminine, that are being messy, that are being extra and doing f*g sh*t, that’s what you address them as.”
He continued, “Even as me being a gay man, I don’t move like a f*g. And it’s a lot of other gay boys that are feminine or whatever, but everybody don’t move like f*gs. You move like a f*g.” Santana told the controversial hip-hop deejay to “pull up” at Yung Miami’s Halloween party in Miami and threatened to “f*ck him in the ass.”
Queen Latifah also clapped back on her Instagram Story, calling him out for targeting Black women. “It’s cr*zy to me how DJ Akademiks is crying scared to say anything to Saucy Santana because he’s a gay man and he’s scared of getting ‘cancelled,'” her post begins. “But has said some of the most outlandish, vile, disrespectful and demeaning things to Black women with absolutely no fear whatsoever.”
3. Dee-1 & Rick Ross Argue On IG Over Charity, Harmful Lyrics
Dee-1 and Rick Ross have been engaged in a war of words on IG for days ... all stemming from Dee's open disapproval of Rozay's new "Shaq & Kobe" collab with Meek Mill.
The "Uno" rapper recently appeared on Sway's Universe ... where Dee called out Ross, Meek and Jim Jones for still glorifying killing people in their music after so many hip hop artists have been slain.
Dee lumped Meek, Jim and Rozay into a category he calls "DGs" -- aka disappointing grown-ups.
Meek claimed 1st Amendment for his part but Ross didn't take too kindly and dissed Dee for questioning his place in the community, citing his Thanksgiving turkey drives and other contributions for 20 straight years across Miami-Dade!!!
Dee1 explained to the MMG rapper he was actually criticizing his status as a Hip Hop OG who's still detailing graphic murders like he did on the "Shaq & Kobe" track.

Despite headlines created from her OnlyFans scandal, the wife of former NBA standout Joe Smith has not given up on her marriage.
In an interview with “TMZ Live,” Kisha Chavis discussed the viral video of Smith finding out about her OnlyFans situation. According to Chavis, OnlyFans was one of a few things that led to her nearly 13-year marriage being on the rocks.
In the clip, Smith holds nothing back, letting his wife know what he thinks about her having an OnlyFans account.
“I can’t believe I’m sitting here just finding out you got an OnlyFans page,” Smith said. “Out of all these years, the disrespect that comes with it. You could’ve talked to me before you did it… That’s bulls**t. That’s f**ked up, Kish. I’m telling you, that’s f**ked up.”
Issues the couple are dealing with include falling on tough times after Smith left the NBA and several money-making ventures Chavis created that fell victim to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Although she believed she and Smith had the makings of a power couple, TMZ noted Chavis’ belief that Smith went into a depression when he went from being an NBA top pick to being without a job. Rather than creating a second career for himself, the former athlete did nothing, the site reported.
With things being tight, Kisha opted to establish an OnlyFans account to help improve things for her and Smith.
7. The ATL Leaves Bad Taste in Mouth of Viral Food Critic Keith Lee
The city of Atlanta has left viral food critic Keith Lee in a concerned state of mind after a tour stop at the famed location. So much so that he has threatened to postpone touring if he experiences the same concern in other cities.
As a result, Lee is catching less than stellar feedback from the public for his non-biased reviews of the food and service he’s received, according to Ice Cream Conversations.
Taking to TikTok, the visibly upset social media star responded to the criticism, discussing safety concerns he has for himself as well as his family and restaurants he has visited.
“You can disagree with me. You cannot like what I say. I completely understand and I’m okay with that. But, when my safety and my family’s safety are coming into play – that’s where I draw the line,” Lee expressed in his latest TikTok video. “What can’t happen is when my family or the restaurants or anybody’s safety are coming into play.”
Lee’s comments come after he recently took in some of Atlanta’s hot spots and voiced his reviews about where he spent his time. Among the eateries Lee visited were Kandi Burruss’ Old Lady Gang, The Dining Experience, and The Real Milk and Honey, among others. Although the Dining Experience generated high marks from Lee, the TikTok food reviewer wasn’t impressed with Old Lady Gang and the Real Milk and Honey, according to the Los Angeles Times.
