Drake just turned the tables on Kendrick Lamar -- dropping a new diss record to say he baited him into telling a lie about a fake daughter ... this while also denying he's a predator.
Champagne Papi released "The Heart Part 6" Sunday -- a play on KL's running song series of the same name -- and just from the cover art, you could tell it was going to double down on Drake allegations about Kendrick and his fiancée, Whitney Alford (more on that later).
The content is pretty scathing ... Drake says what Kendrick mentioned on 'Meet on the Grahams' -- namely, the allegation he was hiding another kid -- was BS ... and Drizzy says he knows that because he made sure to leak it out, in hopes that K.Dot would air it.
Turns out, Kendrick fell for it ... and if you believe Drake, floated unsubstantiated rumors. BTW, we'd already been told by our Drake sources that the daughter thing was horse crap.
Drake also takes time to address Kendrick's repeated salacious claim that he's a "pedophile" -- a notion Kendrick suggested was shared by a lot of the folks in the OVO camp. Drake straight up denies it, saying he's never been with a minor -- and there's no evidence to prove Kendrick's allegation. He also says he's way too famous to play that game.
Finally, Drake once again pushed his own wild claim that Kendrick beat his longtime fiancée -- whom he suggests Kendrick is actually estranged from ... while once again insisting that one of their children might actually belong to Kendrick's creative partner Dave Free. In Drake's new record, he hypothesizes that Kendrick only dropped this latest diss to cover up the fact that he'd been caught telling a lie -- and was trying to turn the page quickly.
It sounds like this might all be nearing the end -- because Drake talks to Kendrick at the end and says he's glad they got to spar a bit ... he also says you're welcome to Kendrick's fans. In terms of whether it's actually over ... we'll see what Kendrick has to say. There's been a lot of ugly allegations hurled by both sides ... here's hoping it stops before it gets worse.

Mack Maine‘s attempt to support Drake in his beef with Kendrick Lamar has backfired after eyebrow-raising comments he made in the past have resurfaced.
After Drizzy dropped his latest diss track aimed at the Compton rapper, “The Heart Part 6,” on Sunday (May 5), the Young Money president reposted it on X (formerly Twitter) along with a number of laughing face and mechanical arm emojis.
The song found the 6 God denying Kendrick’s claim that he’s a pedophile, among other things.
Mack subsequently found himself facing similar accusations after fans dug up creepy lyrics and social media posts about a teenage Miley Cyrus.
“Why you laughing?” one user asked while sharing a clip of him rapping: “In about three years, holla at me, Miley Cyrus” on Young Money’s “Every Girl,” which came out in the summer of 2009 when the pop star was just 16.
Referencing the same rhymes, another user said: “The OVO Grooming Factory. Sit this one out.”
Someone else unearthed a tweet from Mack on Cyrus’ 17th birthday where he wrote: “Happy bdayyyyyyyyyy 2 my babygirl Miley Cyrus….17yrs old…1 more yr… luv.”

Snoop Dogg and T-Pain are doing their part to keep the peace on the Vegas Strip by giving throngs of pissed-off fans something to cheer about after the "Lovers & Friends" festival was canceled last minute.
The duo put on an impromptu show Saturday afternoon at the Ayu Dayclub at Resorts World ... where everyone was bummed the hell out earlier in the day. T-Pain's dance moves -- including some serious crip walking -- and Snoop MC'ing lightened spirits and got some folks to loosen up after severe disappointment.
As we reported, producers pulled the plug late Friday night on the highly anticipated festival ... due to the threat of 60 mph wind gusts. Here's the thing though, many fans had already flown or driven to Las Vegas for the concert -- expecting to see not only Snoop and T-Pain, but also Janet Jackson, Usher, Mary J. Blige, Alicia Keys, Backstreet Boys and many more. As those expected high winds never started whipping through the desert city, the fans got more and more irritated, with many posting videos of the non-existent wind storm. Luckily, Snoop and T-Pain were among the artists who remained in town after the cancelation, and did their best to keep folks entertained. Similarly, Usher got onstage Friday night at Jewel Nightclub at the Aria Resort and Casino ... offering a small consolation for those who were crushed by the festival fail -- which won't be rescheduled, btw. It's just better luck next year! While everyone's getting refunds on their concert tickets ... the same can't be said for their airfare and hotels. Hey, at least they can win it back by gambling!!

Kardashian was the butt of a lot of jokes at a roast that was supposed to be all about Tom Brady -- with a not-so-welcome reception too ... but, in fairness, she took it in stride.
The reality star was one of many of celebs on hand Sunday night for Netflix's "The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady" -- and when she was eventually introduced by Kevin Hart and co. to come up to the podium to say a few words ... people didn't seem happy to see her. While JJ throws punches at the two individuals, they seem to land on an older man's leg, and he's clearly in a lot of pain when he hits the floor at the bottom of the escalator. A woman rushes to turn off the escalator, but the fight continues despite protests from others hoping to get away from the violent scene.
Finally, a pair of officers break up the fight ... with Jim letting go of the man he's holding pretty quick -- who appears to be gushing blood BTW. He protests, yelling, "It's two of them against me," but he allows the officer to lead him away and sit him in a chair. One of the other individuals isn't quite so calm ... trying to pull out of a sheriff's deputy's grasp -- though more officers arrive on the scene and stop him from going any further. In the screenshots, a woman that Baby Storme alleges is Ice Spice says that Minaj is “like her mom, ungrateful and delusional.” Ice Spice also allegedly said that the Barbie soundtrack project was initially brought to her, and that she then approached Minaj to collaborate with her because “that’s her brand.”
In a second post, the Ice Spice can also be seen claiming that the “Starships” rapper is “jealous” of her “because I own my own masters.”

LIL BABY SIGNEE GETS 17 YEARS IN PRISON FOR ACCIDENTALLY SHOOTING TODDLER IN THE HEAD
Lil Baby signee Dirty Tay has received a sentence of 17 years in prison after a shooting in 2022 that left a toddler fighting for his life.
According to court documents obtained by HipHopDX, the aspiring rapper (real name Kentavious Wright) was officially sent to prison on April 26 after he took a plea deal. The charge — originally a capital felony, making him eligible for the death penalty if convicted of the top count — was reduced to a lesser felony, meaning he only has to serve 17 years behind bars.
It is unclear whether Dirty Tay will be eligible for parole before the sentence is up. Dirty Tay released two albums, Way Bigger on the Low and Too Turnt Up, on Lil Baby’s 4PF label in 2020, with his songs “Beast” and “Don’t Wanna Do It” racking up over a million streams each on Spotify.
The shooting took place on August 3, 2022, and involved a man and his three-year-old son being shot at while leaving the Off the Hook barbershop in southwest Atlanta.
According to police, the father and son were driving down Peters Street when a Kia did a U-turn and began to follow them. The car pulled up alongside the passenger side at an intersection and multiple shots were fired, resulting in the child being struck in the head.
The father estimated five shots were fired before the suspect drove to a fire station, with three 9mm shell casings being found at the scene of the crime. The child was rushed to the hospital and was stabilized hours after the shooting.
Dirty Tay denied his involvement in the shooting in a post to his Instagram Stories. “I’m innocent the news is not always right don’t bash me because of allegations,” he wrote.
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, police arrested 24-year-old Dirty Tay (real name Kentavious Wright) during a traffic stop on August 19, 2022, and booked him into the Fulton County Jail on a dozen counts. The charges include a criminal attempt to commit murder, aggravated assault, first-degree cruelty to children, and three counts of committing offenses listed in Georgia’s Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act with the intent to gain membership or increase his status in a criminal street gang.
Officers took Dirty Tay into custody alongside his girlfriend, who was found with a gun that police say belonged to the rapper. The arrest was caught on body-worn camera footage.
Lil Baby has not commented on the sentencing.

NBA YoungBoy‘s legal troubles continue to get worse as he now faces more charges in his prescription drug fraud case.
YoungBoy (real name Kentrell Gaulden) was previously charged with 63 counts relating to identity fraud, forgery, obtaining a prescription under false pretences, possession of a dangerous weapon by a restricted person, a pattern of unlawful activity and possession of a controlled substance.
The controversial rapper has now had more charges added to his sheet including possession of a firearm by a restricted person and two counts of obtaining a prescription without permission, according to KUTV.
Weber County’s Attorney’s Office in Utah have requested the 24-year-old continue to be held without bail and stated: “There is clear and convincing evidence that the defendant would constitute a substantial danger to any other individual or to the community, or is likely to flee the jurisdiction of the court, if released on bail.”
YoungBoy was arrested last month in connection with a prescription drug fraud ring in Utah.

According to a press release shared with HipHopDX on Thursday (May 2), the partnership will establish a relief fund, which will provide aid and essential supplies to families affected by the country’s most recent humanitarian crisis spurred by nearly three years of civil unrest in the island nation.
According to Axios, Prime Minister Ariel Henry stepped down from his position as of April 25, in response to the increasing incidents of violence in the island nation. Henry had assumed power following the assassination of then President Jovenel Moïse in July 2021.
Under his leadership, Haiti’s capital of Port-au-Prince has seen escalating gang violence that came to a head on March 4, following a prison break at Haiti’s National Penitentiary — which, per CNN, facilitated the escape of about 3500 of the facility’s 3687 inmates.
The country’s leaders declared a state of emergency, which eventually led to Henry’s resignation and the slow process of installing a provisional council to work towards stabilizing Port-au-Prince.
At press time, however, the seaport and international airport in the capital remain closed. And while smaller airports in the cities of Cap-Haitien to the north and Les Cayes to the south are open, the import of commercial goods and delivery of humanitarian aid have been severely impacted.

Lil Baby signee Dirty Tay has received a sentence of 17 years in prison after a shooting in 2022 that left a toddler fighting for his life.
According to court documents obtained by HipHopDX, the aspiring rapper (real name Kentavious Wright) was officially sent to prison on April 26 after he took a plea deal. The charge — originally a capital felony, making him eligible for the death penalty if convicted of the top count — was reduced to a lesser felony, meaning he only has to serve 17 years behind bars.
It is unclear whether Dirty Tay will be eligible for parole before the sentence is up. Dirty Tay released two albums, Way Bigger on the Low and Too Turnt Up, on Lil Baby’s 4PF label in 2020, with his songs “Beast” and “Don’t Wanna Do It” racking up over a million streams each on Spotify.
The shooting took place on August 3, 2022, and involved a man and his three-year-old son being shot at while leaving the Off the Hook barbershop in southwest Atlanta.
According to police, the father and son were driving down Peters Street when a Kia did a U-turn and began to follow them. The car pulled up alongside the passenger side at an intersection and multiple shots were fired, resulting in the child being struck in the head.
The father estimated five shots were fired before the suspect drove to a fire station, with three 9mm shell casings being found at the scene of the crime. The child was rushed to the hospital and was stabilized hours after the shooting.
Dirty Tay denied his involvement in the shooting in a post to his Instagram Stories. “I’m innocent the news is not always right don’t bash me because of allegations,” he wrote.
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, police arrested 24-year-old Dirty Tay (real name Kentavious Wright) during a traffic stop on August 19, 2022, and booked him into the Fulton County Jail on a dozen counts. The charges include a criminal attempt to commit murder, aggravated assault, first-degree cruelty to children, and three counts of committing offenses listed in Georgia’s Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act with the intent to gain membership or increase his status in a criminal street gang.
Officers took Dirty Tay into custody alongside his girlfriend, who was found with a gun that police say belonged to the rapper. The arrest was caught on body-worn camera footage.
Lil Baby has not commented on the sentencing.

YoungBoy (real name Kentrell Gaulden) was previously charged with 63 counts relating to identity fraud, forgery, obtaining a prescription under false pretences, possession of a dangerous weapon by a restricted person, a pattern of unlawful activity and possession of a controlled substance.
The controversial rapper has now had more charges added to his sheet including possession of a firearm by a restricted person and two counts of obtaining a prescription without permission, according to KUTV.
Weber County’s Attorney’s Office in Utah have requested the 24-year-old continue to be held without bail and stated: “There is clear and convincing evidence that the defendant would constitute a substantial danger to any other individual or to the community, or is likely to flee the jurisdiction of the court, if released on bail.”
YoungBoy was arrested last month in connection with a prescription drug fraud ring in Utah.

“When he came back again [with ‘Not Like Us’], I said, ‘Oh, he barbecue baked, honey-dipped, glazed, basted, seasoned the light-skinned n-ggas’ and then Drake just… [laughs] It’s over with, the light-skinned n-ggas won.” Gillie was slammed by many in the comments section for his hot take, with one person writing: “Gillie really losing all credibility.”
“You’re embarrassing Philly bruh,” another said, while someone else commented: “I’m bout to unfollow this ball hugger.”
Others accused the rapper turned podcaster of attempting to curry favor with Drake, including fellow Hip Hop media personality Ebro Darden who wrote: “Man I hope Gillie get that interview.”
Gillie had previously praised Kendrick Lamar’s fourth diss song “Not Like Us,” which found him calling Drake a “certified pedophile” and accusing him of sleeping with Lil Wayne’s girlfriend while he was in prison over a dance-friendly West Coast beat.
“That’s the type of shit I’m talking about,” Gillie said in an Instagram video. “You supposed to get disrespectful […] The dark-skinned n-ggas coming back. I heard you Kendrick. Good job, n-gga.”
However, he has also been critical of the Compton rapper, dismissing his initial diss track “Euphoria” as “corny.”

The St. Louis, MO-born producer took to X (formerly Twitter) early on Sunday (May 5) and asked fans to freestyle over a beat, with the best verse receiving a free Metro Boomin beat.
He wrote: “best verse over this gets a free beat. just upload your song and hashtag #bbldrizzybeatgiveaway.”
Metro’s provocation is in response to Drake’s latest diss, “Family Matters,” on which the 6 God raps: “I mean it’s true a n-gga slimed me for my AP/ Just like how Metro n-gga slimed him for his main squeeze/ Out here beggin’ for attention, n-gga, say please.”

According to a press release shared with HipHopDX on Thursday (May 2), the partnership will establish a relief fund, which will provide aid and essential supplies to families affected by the country’s most recent humanitarian crisis spurred by nearly three years of civil unrest in the island nation.
According to Axios, Prime Minister Ariel Henry stepped down from his position as of April 25, in response to the increasing incidents of violence in the island nation. Henry had assumed power following the assassination of then President Jovenel Moïse in July 2021.
Under his leadership, Haiti’s capital of Port-au-Prince has seen escalating gang violence that came to a head on March 4, following a prison break at Haiti’s National Penitentiary — which, per CNN, facilitated the escape of about 3500 of the facility’s 3687 inmates.
The country’s leaders declared a state of emergency, which eventually led to Henry’s resignation and the slow process of installing a provisional council to work towards stabilizing Port-au-Prince.
At press time, however, the seaport and international airport in the capital remain closed. And while smaller airports in the cities of Cap-Haitien to the north and Les Cayes to the south are open, the import of commercial goods and delivery of humanitarian aid have been severely impacted.

All relief items and financial contributions will go directly to Food For The Poor, so they can safely distribute the donations directly to the families in need.”
