Diddy's Lawyer Says He's Remaining Positive In Jail, Focused On His Defense

Diddy could remain behind bars for a year or maybe more as he awaits trial, but that's not breaking his spirit ... it's quite the opposite, at least according to his lawyer.

Agnifilo says Diddy's remaining remarkably positive and isn't letting the indictment weaken his resolve. Instead, Agnifilo says Diddy is so focused on his defense, it's actually giving him a form of strength and confidence that will help him deal with being behind bars for an extended period.

Law Firm Repping More Than 50 Alleged Victims in Lawsuit Against Diddy

A Houston-based law firm is representing more than 50 alleged victims who say they've faced sexual assault and abuse from Diddy and his associates -- and they’re predicting the group will keep growing as the case progresses.

Attorney Tony Buzbee made some serious allegations on his firm’s IG ... saying the group of men and women who came forward have "gut-wrenching" stories about what went down at Diddy’s alleged "Freak Off" parties.

He detailed the alleged "mindboggling" violations against them as "debauchery and depravity, exacted by powerful people."

Buzbee claims some of the accusers were minors when the alleged incidents occurred ... and mentioned plans for a press conference where individuals can share their stories.

While he has not het filed, Buzbee says he intends to file a class action lawsuit on behalf of all the victims early next week.

Diddy's Lawyer Says Client Won't Take Plea Bargain

Diddy will fight his legal case to the bitter end ... because his lawyer says a plea deal won't fly with his client.

Diddy's attorney, Marc Agnifilo,  says his client will fight this case not just for himself, but for others in a similar position. Agnifilo says Diddy says he's innocent ... so, he sees no reason to take a plea deal -- even if prosecutors offer it.

And, MA says Diddy isn't just fighting for himself ... he's using his case to inspire others who believe they're facing government persecution -- wanting to inspire them to fight back when the feds bring the hammer down.

Costco Denies Selling Baby Oil After Diddy's Lawyer's Claims

Diddy's lawyer offered a potential "explanation" for why the feds found a large stock of baby oil at the rapper's homes -- namely, buying in bulk at Costco, but the folks at Costco beg to differ.

A spokesperson for Costco tells TMZ ... none of the company's U.S. locations carry baby oil, even though Diddy's attorney Marc Agnifilo told us the rap mogul might have bought the item in bulk at the members-only warehouse retailer. The proof is in the pudding, so to speak ... as a quick search of the store's site shows there's nothing akin to baby oil offered at Costco. There is, however, hair and cleansing gel sold for babies, but it'd be a stretch to confuse that with baby oil.

R. Kelly Defends Diddy Against Sex Trafficking Charges: 'I Don't Believe None Of [It]'

Radar Online claims to have spoken to the incarcerated singer about Diddy’s case, though the conversation could not be independently verified and no audio of the chat is available.

They claim Kelly said: “I don’t believe none of this shit. You could tell me about Puffy, you could tell me about anybody. You could tell me on the news, the weather, the sky is blue, I’m not gonna believe the shit.”

The R&B legend also allegedly said that celebrities are being “hunted” by federal authorities, with Diddy being targeted because of the way he flaunted his wealth.

He purportedly added: “The shit is crazy. Motherfuckers out there laughing and making comedian jokes and doing all the other shit on the radio and everything else, but they ass could be next. “That’s what’s so fucked up about it. They so stupid they don’t even realize the moves that’s going on.”

Beyoncé Wins Zero People's Choice Country Awards Despite 17 Nominations

Beyoncé went 0-for-17 at the People's Choice Country Awards despite her staggering number of nominations ... and her consolation prize is an onstage shoutout from Shaboozey.

Queen Bey was up for more awards Thursday than any other female artist ... but she walked away empty-handed, losing categories like People's Artist, Album of the Year, Song of the Year and Female Artist.

Beyoncé's country album, "Cowboy Carter," is right up there with Taylor Swift and Billie Eilish releases ... at least as far as commercial success goes ... but the financials aren't translating to awards.

Future & Travis Scott Make Chart History For Very Different Reasons

Future and Travis Scott have both made history on the Billboard 200 — but for very different reasons.

On Sunday (September 29), Billboard revealed that the former’s Mixtape Pluto has debuted at number one on the albums chart after earning 129,000 equivalent units in its first week, largely through streaming.

The achievement means that the Freebandz boss is the first rapper ever to top the chart three times in six months, and the first act to do so since The Beatles almost 60 years ago.

Future previously debuted atop the Billboard 200 in March with We Still Don’t Trust You and again the following month with We Still Don’t Trust You, both of which were collaborative efforts with Metro Boomin.

Reacting to the news on his Instagram Stories, he wrote: “OOH SHIT! 3 #1s is Krazy work.”

Travis Scott has suffered a historic drop.

Days Before Rodeo, the rapper’s 2014 mixtape, was finally given a commercial release in August and debuted at number two with over 360,000 equivalent units in its first week, losing out to Sabrina Carpenter in contentious fashion.

After a significant slump, the project enjoyed a historic rebound to number one in its fourth week, almost entirely due to vinyl sales which were the highest ever for a Hip Hop album.

A week later and Days Before Rodeo has dropped off the Billboard 200 completely, becoming the first album in history to go from number one to disappearing from the chart within the space of week. Despite suffering a bad week on the charts, Travis Scott recently climbed to third on the list of most streamed rappers of all time on Spotify.

Surpassing 49 billion streams on the platform, Scott eclipsed his mentor Kanye West and is closing in on self-proclaimed Rap God Eminem, who has 51 billion.
